Nathan has been training under Sifu Agars for 13 years. He is the main instructor for the Thursday nigh Kung Fu lesson and is currently working on an open hand set and the Tiger Fork.

Carl has been training in Lau Gar for nearly 8 years and teaches in the children's classes as well as assisting in the Thursday kung fu classes. Carl also runs the nccma and harrogate kung Fu websites.

James has been training in Lau Gar for nearly 8 years, and has been a BKFA Accredited Tai Chi instructor since 2004. James assists in the Thursday night classes and takes occasional Chen and Yang Tai Chi classes.

Mike has been training in Lau Gar for nearly 10 years. Although Mike has had to ease off on training in the last 18 month due to a knee injury, he teaches the Warrior dragons class on a Monday.
