Our kickboxing classes are suitable for complete beginners and experienced students alike.
Kickboxing is a great sport/martial art suitable for those looking to improve fitness or for competition fighting. It is macho and ego free; a relaxed and welcoming environment, where all Members are free to be themselves, without fear.
All of our Martial Arts classes are conducted by fully qualified Martial Arts Instructors. Classes involve exercise routines, pad and bag work along with light contact sparring. Protective wear is available, but we would always recommend you brng your own.
Our Kickboxing classes can be done just for fun, fitness or competition and features syllabus elements that can be learnt and demonstrated for Grading purposes.
The NCCMA hold and enters Kickboxing competitions that students are free to enter. These competitions are normally semi contact events fully refereed and are a great opportunity for students to improve their skills.
